I will never go back to Perry Ford Santa Barbara. They told me I needed a new engine air filter and that mine was saturated from the recent rain, over a week from when I took it in. So in less than 24 hours I pulled it myself and it was completely dry. So riddle me this? How does an engine air filter that was completely saturated completely dry in less than 24 hours having not been driven. Scammers like that aren't smart enough to know why there karma is so bad. I had to give them one star to post this when in fact I would give them a negative 5.

Years ago, I purchased my car from Perry Ford of Santa Barbara and had a great experience from the start. The customer service was excellent, and they worked with me to get a really good deal, including a great interest rate. We also purchased a warranty, and the warranty company has been wonderful to work with over the years. Recently, I needed to extend my extended warranty contract, and Jocelyn in the finance department made the process smooth and stress-free. She communicates very well, is courteous, and truly helpful. She took the time to explain everything and handled the extension efficiently. Overall, Perry Ford of Santa Barbara continues to provide great service even years after the sale. bought a F250 from Perry and had a great experience. Fredy and Octo We’re very straightforward and kind. Negotiating cars can be annoying, but I was laughing and cracking jokes with these guys the whole time. I would definitely recommend Perry to anybody looking for a new vehicle
